The house was built originally in approximately 1960 and has been extensively renovated and extended since then by the current owners. The living space is flexible and can suit different ages of families. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, family bathroom and a useful airing cupboard. Colets Orchard is a cul-de-sac located in the heart of Otford village, a desirable and convenient location for the station (0.2 mile), primary school and village amenities.
