"PROPERTY
An attractive four bedroom detached property forming part of an exclusive development of executive homes built in 1997 and located in the popular village of Dunton Green.

The property is within easy reach of a number of amenities including Dunton Green station, Tesco superstore, further local shops and the village primary school. The house is well presented and tastefully decorated in neutral tones offering a warm and homely feel. Other features include an integral garage, driveway parking and a lovely south facing rear garden, ideal for the summer months.

The front door, which was replaced last year leads into the hallway giving access to the ground floor accommodation. There is a handy storage cupboard for coats and shoes and a W.C.
