"A generally well presented three bedroomed detached bungalow of unconventional construction

Details SITUATED in St Mary's Bay which offers a small selection of local shops and is within level walking distance of the sea wall and beaches. The larger town of New Romney is approximately 10 minutes by car and offers a selection of small shops together with a Sainsbury store and both Secondary and Primary schooling. The pretty Cinque Port town of Hythe is approximately 20 minutes by car and offers a far greater selection of independent shops together with a Waitrose, Aldi and Sainsbury store. The Historic Royal Military Canal runs through the town and Hythe also offers an unspoilt sea front. High speed rail services are available from both Ashford and Folkestone giving fast commuter services to St Pancras London with travelling times of approximately 30 minutes and 50 minutes respectively. The M20 motorway, Channel Tunnel terminal and Port of Dover are all easily accessed by car.

A GENERALLY WELL PRESENTED THREE BEDROOM DETACHED BUNGALOW residence of unconventional construction (timber framed with render outside) this construction making it unlikely to obtain a mortgage.
