'I have lived here for over 20 years and have some great memories. I love taking the dog for long walks or down to the beach to run in the sand. The rear garden has also been an absolute joy there’s nothing like relaxing in the sun with a good book, although it is now getting a bit much for me. I feel the time has come for someone new to come in and make this home their own and I hope they enjoy the home as much as I have over the years.'
