"There's only one word that adequately describes this fabulous, carefully extended and spacious 4 bedroom detached home and that is 'impressive'. Sitting on a generous plot with stunning views over the fields to the rear that seem to go on forever, there's much to admire.

On the ground floor this home has an entrance hall and a large lounge/diner measuring 22'10 x 13'10, so there's plenty of room for the family to relax in. Then it's on to the conservatory which measures 18'4 x 8'4 and from there (or from the hallway) you'll find one of the main highlights of this home - its wonderful kitchen which is large, modern, bright and airy with a window over the sink looking out onto those superb views you'll even fight to get to the washing up! 2 double bedrooms, a family bathroom and the garage complete this floor.

Now its up the stairs to the first floor and into another feature room, the master bedroom, which measures at its maximum 32'6 x 19'10. This room would be impressive just for its size alone but when you get here you'll see how bright and airy it is. Like the kitchen it also has stunning views and if that wasn't enough it also has a modern, full ensuite bathroom too! With another double bedroom upstairs, this home will let you really spread your wings. High Knocke is a very popular area and is a short stroll to a lovely sandy beach with beautiful walks over farmland to the rear…. this really is an impressive home.

What the Owner says:

We will sorely miss our happy family home, and are only moving due to family circumstance. We love '3 Pirates' with the garden infinity views over the fields. It is a 10 minute walk to the local village and only 5 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach.

The large and spacious rooms, especially the main bedroom with its Marsh views, will be much missed, also the wonderful walk-in larder will be hard to match elsewhere! The conservatory seats up to 20 at Christmas, and many more for childrens' parties. The quiet road and garden are also ideal for children to enjoy playing and bike riding - a wonderful property that just welcomes you in!
