"If you have ever dreamt of falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves then this bungalow could be for you, as on a quiet day you can hear the breaking waves on Dymchurch’s sea defences.

This bungalow is like a tardis as it just goes on and on. The large lounge has an open fireplace, which is calling out to have a fire grate installed. You can imagine coming in from a walk along the seafront, putting a few logs on the fire and settling down for a cosy afternoon to the sound of crackling logs.

If you enjoy entertaining you will love the kitchen as it has been extended to create an open plan kitchen / dining room. This is the perfect place to prepare dinner, whilst chatting to friends and family over a glass of wine.

We all know there comes a time when you will need a little bit of peace and quiet and the conservatory would be the ideal room to hide away, as it looks out over the rear garden. This room could also be used as an office or family room.

Outside to the front, not only is there a large garage, but off road parking for 3/4 cars as well. Walking around the front garden all you can hear is the sound of trickling water, when you investigate further you will find a lovely ornate fishpond, creating a great spot to sit and relax. The rear garden is perfect for BBQs as it is awash with sun all day and in the summer months it catches the setting sun.

We had been looking around for bungalows for a number of weeks and what attracted us to this one over all the other ones was the amount of space on offer. When we walked in through the door it just felt right.

We didn’t want a large garden, so the small courtyard garden has been perfect for us and one thing my husband has loved is the larger than average garage.

In the 9 years that we have lived here we have re-fitted the bathroom and kitchen, replaced the radiators and pipework and fitted new doors and carpets throughout.

We look forward to welcoming you into what could be your new home.
