On entering the property, the hallway opens into the open plan dining room and if you enjoy entertaining, the kitchen is conveniently located. Glazed French doors open into the conservatory, bringing the outside in, and the bright sitting room looks out over the front garden. There are 2 double bedrooms and a modern fitted shower room.

To the outside the front garden is relatively easy to look after with a neat lawn and a driveway which can provide off road parking for 2 cars. It was a very easy decision to buy this property as I needed to be close to my mum, who also lives on the Beach Estate. The location was very important to me, as I needed access to Hythe and Dymchurch for shops and doctors surgeries.

It has been wonderful having the beach only a 5 minute walk away; I love walking along the sandy beach on a warm sunny evening and can sometimes forget that I am living in Dymchurch. If you need easy access to London there is the fast rail link from Folkestone West and the M20 junction 11 is only a 10 minute drive away.
