"This 2 bedroom detached bungalow, set on the outskirts of Strood, represents fantastic value for money.

If you are looking for a home to spend your retirement, are finding stairs increasingly difficult, or just love the idea of living on one level, this home must be top of your viewing list.

Internally the bungalow certainly does not disappoint, offering versatile living accommodation. There is a well proportioned lounge leading directly into the kitchen, perfect for when preparing meals. The current home owners are using the second bedroom as a dining room, however this can be changed back if this is more suitable.

Externally the property has a sunny low maintenance rear garden and a garage which is currently used for storage, however this could be used to accommodate a small vehicle.

The front of the property has a large block paved driveway offering additional parking for several vehicles.

The surrounding area is well serviced by a fantastic selection of local shops, doctors surgery and is also well positioned for local buses to the centre of town.

What the Owner says:

We have lived in the property for more than 20 years and have really enjoyed living in the area. We really notice how quiet it is and regularly enjoy relaxing in the garden on a warm sunny day.

We have made a number of improvements to the property including recently updating the boiler to a more energy efficient combination boiler and have just replaced the fencing around the rear garden.

The addition of the lean to is also really useful for additional storage and there is also a lot of space in the loft so the possibility of extending into the roof could give additional room. We will certainly miss living in this are and will certainly take with us some wonderful fond memories.
