"When the owners set out approximately 10 years ago to buy a property, they wanted something that represented good value for money, gave them plenty of space, accessible to the motorway and had off road parking. Their dreams were answered when this property came onto the market, but it has taken them several years to make it into their dream home.

Many hours have been spent in the garden landscaping it into different levels, making it much more usable and now they can enjoy sitting at their table and chairs admiring all their handy work.

There hasn’t been any rooms inside the property that have not been improved, modernised or re-decorated and the modern 19ft kitchen/dining room provides a great place for family gatherings.

One of the improvements that have been added is the double garage to the rear, which not only would provide plenty of space for your pride and joy, but could provide space for your latest hobby.

What the Owner says:

We have always lived in Strood and know the road very well, we are very lucky to have excellent neighbours.

We really enjoy our back garden particularly as we are not overlooked and with the work we have done, it makes it much more usable.

Since we have been here, we have installed a new boiler, kitchen, bathroom and most of the internal doors, so the new buyers do not really have to be worried about any work.

We will be sorry to leave but we just feel that we have now outlived the property and we are looking for a new project.
