"The owners originally came from the local area, so when they sold their property in Strood town centre and bought this property, it was like coming home.

Within the last 5 years they have made vast improvements including a new kitchen, bathroom, re-decorating throughout and replacing floor coverings. All the changes have made this property a great family home, but one thing that remains unchanged and one of the main reasons why they fell in love with this property 5 years ago are the views over open countryside. One of the many things they benefit from is the cooling breeze in the summertime coming off the fields and watching the sunset of an evening on the patio.

The largest room of the house is the dining room and they explained that it is a great place for entertaining and they actually wished they bought a larger table, as the 20ft room could accommodate a table twice the size.

When the owners need to get some retail therapy, Bluewater Shopping Centre is only approx. 20 minutes drive away and can travel to the office in London within 50 minutes from Higham Station.

What the Owner says:

It’s been difficult for us to make the decision to move because we have thoroughly loved living here over the last 5 years. Compared to our last home one thing we now take for granted is the double garage which has ample space for a car and storage.

With so much space around it is ideal for taking the dog for a walk and is a particularly safe place to be in a cul-de-sac with some good friendly neighbours.

It's also ideally situated for the A2/M2 motorway.
