"Placed nicely within a cul-de-sac close to the town centre is this 3 bedroom mid terrace. On most people’s wish list with these Victorian properties are to have frontage. Fortunately this home has enclosed front and rear gardens, something the owner has found creates privacy from passing neighbours. This particular property is a prime example of something that you only have to bring your furniture with on moving day. Since owning the property the owner has replaced the bathroom, kitchen, windows and heating.

From the rear of the property views of Rochester can be admired of the estuary and cathedral. The layout, however typical of the Victorian age, has been amended to cater for family living. Once moved in, take advantage of Europe’s largest shopping centre “Bluewater”, for some retail therapy, which is approx. 15 minutes drive away. Alternatively, the Historic High Street of Rochester, with its range of local bars and restaurants, is within walking distance.

When I first decided to buy this property the biggest thing that sold it to me was how close the train station and motorway links are. The area always represented good value for money and with this in combination was a perfect place to buy my first property.
