"THE PROPERTY: "The open plan kitchen/diner is definitely the best selling feature here and is fantastic for a party" enthused the current owners. We feel this kitchen needs to be seen to get a real sense of the space on offer as it is open plan and leads out onto an approximate 16'9ft sun room. The owners went on to say "this area really is the heart of the house. We have made many improvements here over the last five years, in addition to the kitchen and the sun room we have added a shower room downstairs, replaced the bathroom upstairs and re-decorated from top to bottom to name but a few things." This home is in our opinion decorated in excellent decorative order and has accommodation on offer to include entrance porch, entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/diner, sun room. shower room and fourth bedroom/study on the ground floor, with three bedrooms a family bathroom upstairs. Externally there is a rear garden and a driveway to the front providing parking for up to three cars. On the local area the owners said "one of the main things that attracted us to this area are the excellent schools for our family, such as Delce Road Junior School, Sir Joseph William Mathematical School and Rochester Grammar School." If you are a family looking for a home you can move straight into and end your chain then we believe you must come and have a look at this. It has the added advantage of being sold with no forward chain.
