"THE PROPERTY: "The size of the accommodation and the excellent location of The Close, just off of Watts Avenue in Rochester initially attracted us to this house" commented the current owners here." This period style town house offers in our opinion excellent family sized accommodation which is also we believe flexible accommodation. Currently this consists of entrance hall, lounge, study, WC and lean to on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. The second room is currently set out as annexe style accommodation which a sitting room/kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. This would, we feel be an attractive selling feature for anybody with a teenager or relative requiring their own accommodation or could even present a rental opportunity. Alternatively the sitting room/kitchenette could be converted back into another bedroom if so desired. The lower ground floor comprises approximately 25'1ft kitchen/diner and a shower room. There is in addition a garden to the rear. The accommodation is presented in our opinion in good decorative order. On the location the owners say "this location offers a great sense of city living being in walking distance for us from Rochester High Street, Rochester train station, local schools and amenities." This home is in our opinion competively prices for the location so don't miss out.
