"THE PROPERTY: "The large garden and the excellent potential to extend really attracted us to this particular home" enthused the current owner here. They went on to say "we have made many improvements to this home over the last fifteen years including extending to the rear and replacing the kitchen and utility room approximately five years ago, replacing the bathroom approximately three years, fitting a new staircase, adding the driveway and redecorating from top to bottom." This home would in our opinion make an excellent family home that is we feel, ready to move into. It has accommodation on offer to include entrance porch, entrance hall, approximately 25ft lounge, approximately 20ft dining room, fitted kitchen, utility room, WC and two double bedrooms on the ground floor with a further bedroom and family bathroom on the first floor. Externally there is an approximately 150ft rear garden, there is a driveway for six/seven cars and a garage. This home could offer further potential to extend to the rear (subject to the necessary planning being obtainable). This home really must be viewed internally to appreciate the size and the quality of the accommodation on offer. There are, we feel, lots of impressive features to see here.
