"If you are looking for a family home that is going to tick a lot of boxes - then read on!

This house has been extended and improved to provide a super family home. The rear extension has increased the downstairs accommodation so that it comprises of 3 reception areas. You will not need to use one of these as a study, as there's already one of those upstairs! How could you use this space for your family? Perhaps a lounge, a sitting room and a dining room? Or how about using one of the rooms as a playroom?

There is a shower room and a bathroom here, making life easier for all your family to get ready in the morning and there are 4 bedrooms to choose from.

Everybody should enjoy the garden as it's such a lovely feature of the house. You can enjoy spending time relaxing on the decking at the back of the garden, whilst the children play or have a game of football. There's plenty of parking on offer and the benefit of a garage. Dosen't this sound fabulous to you?!

You are also close to some good local schools here, can take walks in the countryside and have the benefit of good transport links nearby such as the M2 and M20. When do you want to move in?

What the Owner says:

We love our home because it is near to Rochester itself, yet has a village feel. You can be out in the fields and the countryside within a few minutes walk, yet still close to good schools, such as the Pilgrims School. You can drive into town very easily.
We have lived in our house very happily for the last 28 years and we initially liked this particular one because it's such a nice family house with a big garden. It's a nice quiet cul-de-sac here with fields at the top of the road. The garden is such a treat as apart from being big, it really is very private.
We have made lots of improvements over the years, the biggest being the extension at the back of the house and the loft conversion. A new family should be very happy here.
