"Well - you saw what the current owner said! View this house and you may well want to stay and have a bath! The bathroom here really is a room with luxury on offer. There is a free standing bath in the middle of the room. You can just imagine soaking away in here at the end of a long day with lots of candles reflecting off the deep red walls. Very atmospheric! There is also a shower cubicle you can use to wash on the run when you are getting ready for work during the week.
Overall, this house has a really cosy, homely feel from the period style fireplace in the lounge, right up to the master bedroom on the top floor. The accommodation is presented in excellent decorative order and is ready for a buyer to move straight in.

The house is a very good size for this type of property and would be suitable for a young family as well as first time buyers. There are benefits to both groups in this location. Families should like the fact that St Peter's Infant School is located on Holcombe Road and first time buyers may like the fact that Rochester train station is 0.3 miles away giving a good location for the daily commute. The High Street is close by for enjoying the restaurants and bars on Rochester High Street. It's really funny because whenever we have friends over and they go into our bathroom they always say that want to stay and have a bath! It's because they love the room so much! It's just one of the many improvements that have been made to our house over the last 10 years. Other improvements include replacing the kitchen, replastering, redecorating, replacing the windows at the front and re-doing the garden. The house has a lovely cosy feel which is really added to by the character features the house has, like the fireplaces. We really love the area here. We are both local and like the community spirit there is around the Delce. We also really like the school on Holcombe Road.
