"This house has been a family home for many years. Now the time has come for the current owners to downsize allowing another couple to take it on and enjoy it as much as they have. The house is well equipped for family life. The sellers have opened up the lounge by removing the original hallway so that there is a much larger living space than you might expect. This, along with a separate dining room means that you have plenty of space to gather for dining.
The kitchen is not your typical terraced house style, it is much more square, which makes it ideal to get everyone involved in the cooking. You also have a lean to, created specifically to allow for a utility space. This means you can shut away the washing and ironing!
There should be no worries with fitting everyone in upstairs either, as the good sized master is also accompanied by two further good sized bedrooms for you to enjoy.
The location should also please those looking to start or grow their family. The local infant school is in the next road so you would be able to walk the children into school. Once they are a little older, there is also a great choice of secondary schools within a mile too.
The local shops are just a short walk away and the journey to the High Street or train station is also half a mile - ideal if you need the trains to get to work.
Whether you are a family looking for somewhere to upgrade to, or first time buyers just starting out and planning for the future, this should be a house you view.

What the Owner says:

When we bought this house we were a young family and it was perfect. The good size bedrooms were great as we have three daughters. The area is good; the schools are very close which was very important. The local shops are also close and the neighbours have always been very friendly, there were always other young mums with children. We have lived here happily for 19 years and there are still a number of people who were here before us!
Since living here we have opened up the front room by removing the hallway which gives a much larger reception space. Around three years ago, we added the lean to which gives us our utility space separate from the kitchen. We had a new combi boiler installed in 2008. We also re-rendered the front of the house.
