"What a delightful setting! As you approach this bungalow you will be in no doubt of it's semi rural feel, and when you arrive you will still be smiling. Sitting on a generous plot and with a sunny rear garden you are bound to start drawing up plans of what to do with it, flowers? Water features? Whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed.

The bungalow itself has been completely refurbished throughout so there is really nothing to do here, with neutral decor and carpets, as well as a new fitted kitchen and bathroom. Set on the edge of the village with open countryside nearby all the amenities are within walking distance to include local shops, a library, surgeries and the village pub, although you may be too busy in the garden to worry about that.

Our mum bought the bungalow from new in the 1950's and was very happy here, she loved being on the edge of the village with the countryside nearby.

Recently the whole bungalow has been refurbished and bought right up to date, it really is ready to move into, with new carpets and a lovely fireplace in the lounge.

The garden is very sunny and a really good size, and whilst it is neat and tidy we decided to leave it as it is as a potential buyer may want extend or create their own gardening masterpiece.
