"This property has been in the family name from when it was built in 1954. The current owners parents and seven brothers and sisters have happily lived here as a family.

Lots of happy memories have been created over the years, including four grandchildren being born. Christmas parties have taken place in this property with the kitchen/diner being very spacious; there is plenty of space for the whole family to sit around the dining room table.

Over the years the property has been improved with double glazed windows and gas central heating. The decor is in need of some updating, along with the kitchen and bathroom but has been very well looked after and offers a blank canvas to put your own personal stamp on the property.

Externally there is a 120ft rear garden that backs on to trees, which is secluded and is ideal for the children to let off some steam and play safely.

There is a gated driveway to the front for ample parking and a detached oversized garage to the side of the property.

This property is far too big for the current owner and is crying out for a new family to create many more happy memories.

What the Owner says:

I have happily lived in Higham Village for many years. I love the community spirit and my friendly neighbours.

The shops and amenities are all within walking distance, including the library, post office, train station, the village church and the village pub.

I have had many happy years living here but now find its time to downsize, as I am finding the up keep of the property harder and harder but I wish to still stay in the village.
