"So much to offer and still with potential to improve, but no need to do anything straight away. The view of course will speak for itself, panoramic down and up the Medway Valley with a river snaking through the farm land and a quarry close by is now being converted into a Nature Reserve and a further Wet Pond Conservation area is being created between the quarry and the village of Burham. In fact if countryside and walks are your thing you are set in the middle of it. Go to the top of the garden and onto Bluebell Hill, up through the path in the woods and round to Scarborough Lane and down back to the front of the house. While we are in the garden, how well the vendors have lovingly terraced it, each level a different area to sit in, steps up to the side, flower beds set in and even a greenhouse. The front garden has an area to sit in and on the other side of the access path the grass bank proceeds down to the road, set well below the property. The vendors said that they have recently installed a new boiler for the hot water and had the bathroom roof replaced, a lovely conservatory to the rear and a courtyard garden. They are going to leave the wardrobes in bedrooms 1 and 2, but with all of this there is still more that could be done should you wish to do so. Of course it is very easy to get to the M2 and M20 and if you don't want to go by car, there is a bus stop just to the bottom of the front garden. A rural location yet close to all facilities, who could ask for more.

What the Owner says:

"We have loved living here, you are part of a very friendly community. We are not in 'each others laps' but if you need help or just a sociable chat or hello, its always on hand. The view of course is just wonderful, we have created lots of sitting areas in the front and rear garden, just so we could fully appreciate it. Now we are moving closer to our family and know that whoever buys it will be thrilled and will enjoy their time here."
