Well, these two scenarios are common activities enjoyed by the current owners, as well as many more that you could discover living here.

In approx. the last 10 years there has been an amazing amount of work, improvements and modernisation completed on this property now making it, without any doubt, the pinnacle of an ideal family home.

Starting with inside the property there has been additions to provide more space in the dining room, particularly fantastic for entertaining guests at diner parties and this area flows nicely out to a raised patio with decking overlooking the large corner plot garden.

Living in the village in the last 10 years has been a complete joy, with a great community and a great pub with good food.

I enjoy going out with the dogs and it is particularly ideal with many walks available right on the doorstep. The big garden with loads of open grass area is completely enclosed and has been fantastic for our children playing games and for entertaining.

We are very lucky to have good neighbours and with the local convenience store having just been re-furbished and open 7 days a week, the village has everything that you could possibly need.
