"The reason for the owners buying this property approximately 25 years ago was to have an ideal village location to bring up their two daughters, close to a local school with the space outside for them to enjoy and that is exactly what this home has provided.

The large living areas have made this property an ideal family home for the owners, especially the kitchen/breakfast room which provides space for eating and family get togethers, with the benefit of fantastic views over the garden and the countryside beyond. One of the many activities they have enjoyed since living here is sitting out on the patio on a summers evening, enjoying a glass of wine overlooking the fields and countryside.

Several changes have been made to the property, including an integral garage, which has been changed to now provide a large reception hall, which could easily double up as a study area, as well as this a utility room has also been made from the improvements.

Further improvements have been made externally with thousands of hours been put into the rear garden which now, without exception, provides a haven for a keen garden enthusiast and the family to enjoy.

To the front, a block paved drive has been added providing parking for 3/4 cars.

What the Owner says:

What price to you put on a view? This is a question that we had unanswered before seeing this property and when we found it, we immediately fell in love with the position and the uninterrupted panoramic views available from the garden.

We've thoroughly enjoyed living here and the village has a great community spirit, being far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the town, but still within reach of all the major road links and shops.

We've made loads of changes to the property, most recently installing a new gas boiler within the last 12 months, but one of our main loves has been the 120ft rear garden.
