The property is located in Dunes Road on the coastal resort of Greatstone. The property benefits from a close proximity to the beach, a small parade of shops, public houses and restaurants which are all to be found within a short walk at the end of the road. Further facilities such as doctors, schools, shops and the local Sainsburys can be found in New Romney which is just over 2.5 miles away whilst more extensive shopping and the high speed rail link to London can be found just 18 miles away in Ashford. There are also regular buses from the coast road (at the end of Dunes Road).

Our valuer really found it difficult to suggest any improvements to the property as it is so well presented. If you are after an attractively priced 2 bed bungalow in the area with parking and a lovely garden, then this one really does tick all the boxes. It comes chain free too which is a bonus.

'I have lived here for over 30 years and have always been very happy! It is a very quiet neighbourhood with very good people round here. I would not be leaving but I need to be with my family now as I am not in good health. I will miss my friends very much but needs must'.



Directions :-

From our offices, turn right at the traffic lights on to Station Road and continue towards the sea front. Then turn right along the coast road (Grand Parade) and continue for about a mile. Turn right by The Jolly Fisherman public house and on to Dunes Road. The property can be found about halfway down on the right hand side.
