"The current owners spent months looking for the right bungalow. They wanted generous sized accommodation, plenty of off road parking and a sunny garden to enjoy their retirement in. The minute that they saw this home they knew that their long search had come to an end. With everything they had set out to find and the added bonus of a kitchen/diner and a conservatory they were over the moon.

When the grandchildren come to visit they are spoilt for choice on which of the blue flag beaches to visit for that “mandatory” sand castle building and an excitable splash around in the sea. They love going to the theatre and with the choice of 2 venues in Margate along with the Marlowe in Canterbury, there is always something for them to see. For that really special West End production London is an easy day trip by train from either Westgate or Margate stations.

You can enjoy oodles of reception space with the choice of the kitchen/diner, the lounge or the conservatory to put your feet up and entertain your guests. With 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and a further double on the 2nd floor, you will even be able to let them stay over (should you so wish!)
