"This is a family home, built in the 80s and set in the heart of Wateringbury village. The property offers access to local rail station, various pubs, restaurants, post office and village hall where various social events are held.

On entry to the home you will see that the current owners have looked after it to a high standard and many improvements and alterations have been made. They include a conversion of the garage, which is now an integral part of the home. From the outside it would appear that the home still has a full sized garage, but in fact the rear of the garage is now a utility room which is accessed via the study. A small part of the garage remains as a useful storage area.

The kitchen/diner within the home is a good size at 22’2” x 8’6” and is fitted with integrated appliances. From the kitchen or hallway it is possible to access the L shaped lounge, which in turn offers access to another addition to the home, the double glazed conservatory - perfect for that cosy evening with a book and a glass of wine.

The home itself was originally built as a four bedroom detached, however now benefits from an en suite shower room to the master bedroom, which was previously the forth bedroom.

There are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom to the first floor while the ground floor also has a w.c.

Living in Wateringbury has brought many happy years to us and our family. We have decided to change the area we live in to be closer to our family, but we will be sad to leave this community spirited area. There are riverside and country walks to be enjoyed in the area and local facilities that cover most of the needs of a family.

Access to London via road or rail is also convenient to the location of the home.

The home has been a good friend to us and we are confident that it will continue to be for the new owners.
