"Lovely two bedroom end terraced house in a quiet pedestrian street just a short walk from the Wateringbury Train Station. The entrance on the side of the property takes you into the hall way with the kitchen to your left. The fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob along with a door to the upstairs. Through to the lounge which benefits from two large windows and a feature fire place. The property also benefits from a utility room which is back through the entrance hall and past the bathroom. The utility room contains a washing machine, additional kitchen cabinets along with the door out to the garden. The bathroom has a white suite with bathtub and separate shower cubicle. Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms, both with built in storage. To the rear of the house is the garden with lawned areas, flower beds, shed and seating area. The property has double glazing, hard floors and gas central heating throughout and there is parking to the front along with on street parking at the bottom of the terrace. The area has good links to Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells and London.

Wateringbury is a village near to the County Town of Maidstone. The parish is approximately 4.5 miles (3 km) west of Maidstone. It is mainly centred along Bow Road with links to the villages of Teston and Malling. The village is served by a train station on the Medway Valley Line with trains going to London Charing Cross vis Paddock Wood. Maidstone is the closest town and is ranked in the top five shopping centres in the south east of England with shopping in the Mall plus Fremlin Walk which opened in 2006. Other developments include the riverside Lockmeadow Centre, which includes a multiplex cinema, bowling alley and restaurants as well as the town's market. The town centre also has a significant number of pubs, clubs and restaurants. Local train services in Maidstone are operated by South Eastern rail. The Maidstone East Line runs between Ashford to London Victoria. Maidstone West has High Speed Rail Link trains operating between Maidstone West and St Pancras via Strood and Gravesend. Trains from here also run to Paddock Wood.
