"This attractive detached home has been extended over the years by the current owners. The rooms are a good size and combine a cozy feel making this a lovely family home.

There is a cloakroom downstairs as well as a family bathroom and en-suite upstairs, ideal for occasions when family and friends come to stay! The main living accommodation has a 22ft sitting room leading to a large, very pretty conservatory with lovely views of the garden. The dining room gives access to the patio area and with an awning attached above the patio doors this makes an ideal area for entertaining come rain or shine.

The kitchen is attractive with white units, space for a washing machine, dishwasher and integrated fridge as well as plenty of space to create wonderful culinary delights.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms with an en-suite to the 19ft master bedroom providing an amazing amount of space.

Outside the front the driveway provides parking for several cars and leads to a double garage with all the mod cons! There is a pretty front lawn with plenty of shrubs and perennials.

We have lived here for 34 years and have really enjoyed bringing up our family in this house. The location is excellent for motor way access and the Park and Ride is a short distance away.

We have extended our home from a three bedroom house to give four bedrooms, a conservatory, and a double garage. We particularly love the outlook of the garden and the feeling of privacy it gives us. Our patio leads off the dining room so we decided to fit an awning to enable us to entertain all times of the year.

The double garage has been an additional bonus for me as it is large enough for a workshop and to park a car!
