"This spacious extended five bedroom family home is situated in a quiet sought after residential area, close to Maidstone town centre, excellent primary and secondary schools, Mote Park, Maidstone Leisure Centre and transport links. From the porch you enter the property through the original front door into the hallway with feature staircase, under stairs storage cupboard and a downstairs cloakroom. The living room has the original wood flooring, large bay window to the front and a charming feature fire surround with working gas fire. There are sliding double doors through to the dining room which has French patio doors opening onto the garden. The fitted kitchen is light and bright with a range of wall and base units, integrated electric oven and gas hob with space for a washing machine and room for a table and chairs. Off the kitchen is a boot room with space for a fridge freezer and door through to the garden. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, one single bedroom and family bathroom. The master bedroom has the original wooden floor boards, bay window to the front and fitted wardrobes. The modern bathroom has a white suite with oval bath tub and separate corner shower enclosure. Maidstone West has four High Speed Rail Link trains running each way per day operating between Maidstone West and St Pancras via Strood and Gravesend. Trains from here also run to Paddock Wood."
