"This home really is the quintessential English cottage. The kitchen has a fabulous centre island perfect for preparing those home cooked meals, solid oak work tops and a built in oven and hob with extractor over.
An inner lobby leads to the family bathroom which has tiled flooring. To the lower ground floor is a basement with plenty of storage space and a new carpet fitted in January 2011. It is currently used as a dining room but is ideal for a multitude of uses and would make a great cinema room, office, studio, additional bedroom or any other function to suit you.
To the first floor are 2 double bedrooms. Additional benefits include double glazing and central heating, keeping you warm and toasty in the winter. Outside the rear garden has a paved patio area, a great place to relax in the evenings or for a late breakfast in the morning.

Located within easy walking distance to the town centre with a vast array of amenities including department stores, pubs and restaurants and a mainline station to London.

The location has been great for us being close to the town it’s good to have everything you could need right on your doorstep. Since we moved in 4years ago we have made many improvements including re-decorating every room, fitting a new kitchen and bathroom and new storage cupboards and carpet to the basement, which is a great room and has been used in many different ways depending on our needs at the time
