Yalding is a scenic and traditional village in a semi rural location, enjoying excellent road and rail links to local towns, London and the coast. The village offers many facilities including: village post office, library, local shop, hairdressers, coffee shop, restaurant and two popular pubs. As well as a delightful pre-school and village primary school rated outstanding by ofsted.

This is a vibrant village which attracts a busy monthly farmers market and has many social events throughout the year including the fantastic Vicars Picnic music festival.

There is a also large public playing fields, with enclosed children's play area, used regularly for cricket and football, popular with families and dog walkers. The River Medway which runs through Yalding attracts river boats and canoeists.

This house is situated at high level, well outside any flood risk area.

This has been a very happy home for us. We as a family have appreciated the space the property affords us as well as the private and good sized garden, in particular we have loved being within walking distance of all the village amenities.

This is a vibrant village offering a proper community and we have made many great friends, as have our children. We are selling due to re-location and would happily take the house with us if it were possible!

Rear Garden – The rear doors from the kitchen/diner and the sitting room both open out on the paved patio, there is a raised decking area for al-fresco dining shaded by clematis and a white grape vine over a wooden pergola.

The lawn is edged by raised beds with planting on the north side and shrubs on the south. A great appeal of this garden is that it is not overlooked, it backs onto fields of raspberries.
