"This home has a great feel about it. As you explore the interior you'll bound to notice how inviting and cosy it feels. It's a home that when you shut the front door it is as though you are in a different world away from the stress of everyday life. Perhaps the perfect place to relax and actually live life.

Being an older home you can expect original features. Just look at the fireplaces. This only emboldens the homely appearance that this home exudes. That said the decor is still very tasteful, light, neutral and modern. You won't have the worry of lifting the paintbrush when you move in.

The outside space is great. Put a table and chairs on the patio and enjoy a little alfresco dining when the weather is nice. Children can play on the lawn whilst the adults enjoy a glass or two and some great food.

With this home being arranged over 3 floors there is a surprising amount of space. The are two double bedrooms and the 3rd room is currently a dressing room but is sizable enough to become a de 3rd bedroom once more.

What the Owner says:

We moved down to Maidstone from London. Compared to where we came from we were so surprised by how quiet it was here. We are so close to everything we need, whether it is popping over to the nearby leisure centre for a swim or into the town centre for a spot of shopping. You can walk everywhere.

After enjoying living here for the last 10 years, now is the time for us to get all our living space on the one level.
