"Have you been looking for a home that still has the original features that depict the era in which the house was built? Then this fabulous home should certainly be one to consider.

As you walk in through the front door you will notice the original floorboards and ceiling mouldings that give you a sense of the history this home holds.
These features continue throughout the rest of the home with high ceilings, along with bay windows to the front adding that light and spacious feeling we all love.

There is an original fireplace in the sitting room, which will keep you warm and snug in the winter. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have original decorative fireplaces keeping the character of this home.

Outside you can relax in the sunshine or invite your friends round for some al-fresco dining on the paved patio area. The plum tree will give you enough fruit to make you own plum jam for breakfast in the early morning sun.

The town centre is within easy walking distance so a trip into town shopping with your friends could make a great day out. There is plenty of culture with the carriage museum, the Archbishops Palace and much more. If you fancy something gentler, then a stroll along the river after Sunday lunch will give the perfect end to the day.

What the Owner says:

We loved the feel of the house as soon as we walked in. All of the rooms had high ceilings and they were all a good size, it felt so light and spacious. We have made improvements in the time we have been here.
We had the boiler and centre heating replaced last year and a new carpet to the stairs and landing. We are sure the new owners will love this home as much as we have.
