"Set in a quiet cul-de-sac this mid terrace house has modern decorations throughout with spacious rooms. The entrance porch leads into a small hallway, but opens into a large lounge/diner that has a fireplace with electric glow effect fire and large windows across the width of the room looking out onto the garden. There is a large understairs walk-in cupboard. The kitchen is fitted with ceramic hob and electric oven, washing machine and integral fridge freezer but also allowing plenty of storage units. The stairs take you up to the family bathroom with power shower with Sunflower head, over the bath and is fully tiled. There are two good size double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. The loft is partly boarded with light and ladder, and houses the boiler. The property is gas centrally heated and double glazed throughout. The rear garden is of low maintenance as has timber decking so allows for your own pots. It has an electrical point and there is a rear gate for access. There is a single garage en-bloc and additional parking.

Maidstone East, Maidstone West and Maidstone Barracks are the three stations in the central area of Maidstone. The Maidstone East Line runs between Ashford to London Victoria. Maidstone West has four High Speed Rail Link trains run each way per day operating between Maidstone West and St Pancras via Strood and Gravesend. Trains from here also run to Paddock Wood
