"This lovely Victorian home is only a hop, skip and a jump to the town centre. If you like the nightlife, enjoy shopping with friends or need easy access to the station, this home should be on your list to view.


Step in the front door into the porch giving you space to remove shoes and coats before entering the living space. The sitting room has a bay window to allow the sunlight to stream into the room making it light and bright and for those dreary chilly days the fireplace will keep the room snug and warm. The dining room is great for family get togethers and the kitchen is the perfect place to prepare your families favourite meals. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. On the lower ground floor is the cellar, great if you need lots of storage space, somewhere to study or another reception room depending on your family’s needs.

It was a real pleasure to live in a peaceful area, yet with all the convenience of being able to walk to work and shops. We experienced great community being close to St. Lukes Church, and were sorry to leave when work took us overseas.
