"This lovely bungalow is ideally situated in the village of Coxheath. Turn left out of your front door and it is only a couple of minutes walk to one of the best served village centres for miles around. Turn right and a couple of minutes walk takes you out into the rural Kent countryside with breath taking views across the Weald.

The bungalow looks the part as you approach, it really does have kerb appeal and you certainly wont be disappointed with what is on offer here. The living room is certainly a big positive, stretching over 24 feet with patio doors leading out to the garden, of which more later. Both bedrooms are big doubles, so plenty of space if the family comes to stay. A lovely kitchen with picture window out into the garden, where you can enjoy the fruits of your labours.

The garden truly is a major benefit here. Flat, a good size and enclosed, ideal for relaxing or entertaining the family. There is a lovely summerhouse for relaxing away those warm summer days and a superb patio for those ubiquitous barbecues.

Add to all of the above, the garage, which could be converted to provide extra living accommodation (subject to consent) and the brilliant driveway with parking for plenty of cars and I'm sure you will agree an ideal place to be. As if that wasn't enough to whet your appetite, we also offer the bungalow with the benefit of NO FORWARD CHAIN!.
