"This semi-detached bungalow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Coxheath close to all local amenities. The property has a spacious modern fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and integrated washing machine and dishwasher and door onto the garden. The living room/diner has a feature fireplace with electric fire and large window with door onto the garden. There are two double bedrooms and a new bathroom with white suite. The property has a loft which is partly boarded with a pull down ladder and is double glazed and has central heating throughout. To the front is a driveway with parking for several vehicles and access to the single garage. To the rear the garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature shrubs and there is side door access into the garage.

It is mainly centred along Heath Road which links the villages of Yalding and Boughton Monchelsea to the west and east, respectively.
