"You're going to need a bigger BBQ and certainly more garden chairs because we are all heading to your new house this summer to enjoy the glorious British sunshine in your back garden. Why? Well its secluded, very well maintained and a great size.
The home itself is a delightful 3 bedroom semi-detached set within a quiet close that gives you a modern bathroom as well as a dining area within the lounge. It also offers you so much potential in terms of extending to both the rear and side as well as extending into the loft space (all subject to planning and consents).
For those of you who enjoy the hectic life of London or simply commute to the capital, you'll be grateful for the train station that is only a mere walk from the property.
In addition to all of the above, you also have the great socialising of Bearsted Green where you can enjoy the culinary delights that the "Fish on the Green" has to offer as well as the "Oak on the Green" and the "White Horse". You will also find that you are only a short bus or train ride away from Maidstone town centre and all it has to offer from night life to leisure activities such as the cinema, theatre, two shopping centres as well as the very popular Fremlins Walk.

This three bedroom bungalow took us completely by surprise when we first viewed it 15 years ago. We didn't really want to buy a bungalow, however, we were persuaded to view and it has been our home ever since. As well as it's good sized reception rooms and bedrooms, we were attracted to the garden as it was very private and not overlooked. The garage and ample off-road private parking was a bonus. When we moved in we redecorated and landscaped the garden. The property is perfectly located, being close to the village green and local shops with a selection of good schools nearby. We are also located within a short walk from the station and have easy access to Maidstone and the M20 motorway.
