"This 4 bedroom detached house in Hartley, should tick all of your boxes to be a great family home. You can walk to the Station from the house if you commute. The bus routes mean the Grammar schools (as well as others) are easily accessible and there are 2 excellent primary schools within walking distance, both with glowing Offsted reports. It is not often as a parent you would have such excellent choices on your doorstep. You could also walk to Church, the Social or Country Club as well as local shops and just 2 minutes down the hill - Longfield which has everything else that you may need (including lots of takeaways!). Everything is on your doorstep !


Since moving in the owner has installed a new boiler and upgraded the central heating system, they have also put new windows and a door to the front and windows to the side of the house. The downstairs shower room has been completely re-furbished to a high standard. The sitting room has been re-plastered to give it a more modern feel and the rest of the home has been re-decorated. The garden has been revamped with a pergola covered in a grapevine and a new patio area, catching the evening sunshine.

When we saw this home, we were instantly attracted to it. The house was the last on the left at the end of a short road, the adjoining roads are quiet and the garden is a reasonable size and we were not overlooked! A big plus for us!


We loved the layout of the house and the spaciousness. Having a large family a big sitting room was a plus, as well as plenty of space in the dining room to create an additional area for x-boxing (well out of the way).
