Situation

Situated in the popular hamlet of West Hythe on the edge of the Romney Marsh. The nearest town is Hythe with its wide promenade overlooking a long stretch of beach. From the seafront the town is on level ground spreading up the hillside in a jumble of little streets containing many Medieval and Georgian buildings. Hythe town and immediate neighbourhood contains many first class facilities for recreation, golf, tennis, bowls, squash, boating, wind surfing and fresh water and sea angling. The Royal Military canal bank provides many delightful walks, as does the varied local countryside. The village of Lympne with a popular primary school is approximately half a mile.

There is a mainline railway station at Westenhanger which is approximately 3 miles, Ashford International Station is approximately 12 miles whilst High speed transport links to London St. Pancras are via Sandling and Folkestone West train stations. The M20 motorway provides links to the remainder of Kent and Eurotunnel in Cheriton offers connections to France and the Continent.
