This great sized flat on the second floor enjoys sea views from the master bedroom and the balcony which is accessed via the living room. The two bedrooms are both doubles with one to the rear that has garden views and one to the front that has sea views. The main living space is dual aspect and a lovely light space. Set on the Seabrook Road, this apartment gives easy access to Hythe and Folkestone. The main bus route stops outside. The mainline stations of Folkestone are a short bus ride or drive away. The raised lookout gives this property great sea views over the golf course in one direction and pleasant garden views in the other.

Our View

Everlyn Court is a purpose built block of apartments on the border of Seabrook. The flats are a great size and offer light and space. The balcony is a pleasant spot to soak up the evening sun gazing out to the ships in the channel whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Inside every room has a real light airy feel. There are Two good sized double bedrooms a family bathroom, large lounge diner and a galley style kitchen. The flat has plenty of storage cupboards inside but comes with the added benefit of a garage. To the rear are the communal gardens which also offer a lovely spot to unwind. Viewing is needed to appreciate all that this property has to offer.
