"This beautiful family home is set upon the outskirts of Hythe giving you access to all the benefits of a town without all the hustle and bustle. Indeed, on balmy, sunny afternoons you can take a stroll alongside the canal and enjoy the local wildlife.

Upon entering the hallway you are struck by the dappling of the light on the laminate flooring through the stained glass window. This really sets the theme and after completing your tour of this home you will know that you can simply move in and put your feet up.

The lounge has been freshly redecorated and is lovely and cosy on those cold winter evenings. With the electric fire on and curtains drawn, you can certainly imagine snuggling up in front of the TV. There is also a big dining room with plenty of space for seating the family at Christmas time. There is a serving hatch from here to the modern kitchen, which makes entertaining easier as you can still chat with your guests.

The summer months are joyous in this home as there is a lovely conservatory, which opens onto a patio, a large lawn and a raised pond with it's own patio area. This is an ideal place for family BBQs with plenty of room for the children to run around in and let off steam. The garden gets plenty of sunshine during the day, starting from the patio in the morning and ending up by the pond in the evening, so you can enjoy the weather most of the day.

When we first saw this house ten years ago we could certainly see the potential and knew that we could make this a great family home. During our time here we have replaced the bathroom and kitchen, added a conservatory, redecorated and laid new carpets and laminate flooring.

The garden is one of our favourite places and we have spent a lot of time and money on getting it the way we want it. We have landscaped the garden and added a patio and pond; we really enjoy watching our grandchildren play in the garden when they come to visit.

The garage makes a great workshop, as we have power and light running to it, and would be good for any DIY enthusiast.
