"Buying a house in Lympne is more than just buying a home; you are buying into a village lifestyle. If your idea of village living is being able walk to the village pub or local shop, where everybody knows your name, and having access to some beautiful walks, then you will not be disappointed by Lympne.

The current owners have spared no expense modernising this home. The refitted kitchen / dining area has been transformed into the perfect entertaining space. Not only has the dining room got the perfect outlook of the garden, it is the ideal place for family gatherings at Christmas.

Downstairs there is the added benefit of a utility room and cloakroom, the garage has been converted into a home office and the sitting room has a beautiful open fire, which is great for those cosy winter evenings. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a 3rd single bedroom and modern fitted bathroom with shower.

Now for outside; the front garden would be safe for your children to play in and the driveway is large enough for 2 cars. The back garden is perfect for any family and catches the sun throughout the day until it sets. It is approximately 90ft in length and has raised beds, a small kitchen garden and a brick built workshop.

Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to buy a home in one of the most family orientated villages in the area.

What the Owner says:

We have lived in the area for many years and it is just the perfect location to bring up a family. We had been looking for about two weeks when we got a call to say that a house had become available on Beacon Way. If you live locally you'll know that houses don’t come up often here and although it needed quite a bit of updating and the garden needed a lot of work, for us it was all about the location. Since moving we have re-plumbed the central heating system, fitted a new boiler, re-wired and re-fitted the kitchen, to name just a few.

It only takes us five minutes to get on the M20 and there is a free school bus on Stone Street. If you need a pint of milk there is the village shop, or Waitrose & Sainburys in hythe.
