It is ideally situated just behind Hythe promenade, and a short walk from Waitrose and Hythe's attractive High Street.

The front door opens to a spacious hall, off which are large lounge, dining room, study and kitchen.  Also on the ground floor are the utility room and the double garage, which can be accessed internally off the kitchen. 

Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, and a large family bathroom including shower cubicle in addition to the bath.  All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
