"A very attractive detached bungalow with superb sized garden which the current owner additionally acquired some time back.

The layout is deceptively spacious and very well presented and maintained. Improvement works both inside and out have been carried out on a regular basis and there is both gas central heating and double glazing.

This property has a great feel about maybe its the generous garden or the fact all rooms roll nicely from one to the other.

Talbot is one of Studd Hills wider roads allowing for more parking and is a far better unmade road than others on the estate.

Across the road from Studd Hill itself there is a very handy convenient store, with all your daily essentials on offer.

It would take an average able bodies person approximately 2 minutes to walk to the shore line from here, so would also be the perfect weekend retreat.
