"THE PROPERTY: Available with no forward chain, in our opinion, this is a luxiourous and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a very convenient location, we feel it is ideal for commuters and has a host of benefits to offer. The current owner tells us he was attracted by "the generous size of the interior" and he says "he wanted somewhere that felt big enough and would need no decorating or building work. He says that the secure underground parking was also a key attraction". He mentioned " the large bedrooms were also a big selling point as they feel vastly spacious with the master benfiting from an ensuite, plus a double sized 2nd bedroom, which we agree makes an ideal guest room and is large enough for another adult plus all their possessions." The location was also a key attraction as it has fantastic access for Greenhithe train station which is within approximately 0.25 miles, there is also access for the M25/A2/M2 motorway network , Bluewater and the new Ebbsfleet which are all within approximately 1 mile.
