"When choosing your family home, location is normally your main priority, it certainly was for Robert and Isobel and that is one of the reason they bought this house.

Windsor Road is highly regarded locally, comprising of equally impressive properties, well spaced out and all with off-road parking. This quiet tree-lined road is always highly sought after.

It was the garden that really sold it and, despite the house being extended, it is still approximately 250ft in length.

The house itself is now a really good size and very deceptive. The master bedroom, in particular, is huge, big enough for a King size bed and lots of furniture. Downstairs, the lounge is equally impressive as is the kitchen/diner, complete with utility area and overlooking the beautiful rear garden. There is also a handy snug playroom, ideal for keeping the kids quiet whilst Mum and Dad gets on with preparing the evening meal.

There really is so much more to say about the property, the feeling of space, the quality of the presentation but the best advice that we can give is to book your viewing now.

What the Owner says:

We were first attracted to the house because of the prestigious road that it sits in. It's a lovely road and everything you need is close to hand. What really took us was the size of the garden, even after we had extended, it is still nearly 250ft.

We feel that we have created a good size family home with versatile accommodation and have presented it to a high standard with quality fittings throughout.

Now the kids have flown the nest, we need somewhere easier to maintain so, if you need a family home we hope you will be as happy here as we have been.
