"This tree lined road has always been an envious location to live in, and as you approach this property you will begin to appreciate why. Nicely spaced and kept properties can be found on both sides of this avenue, affording you peace and quiet whilst the lush greens of Mid Kent Golf Course are within striking distance. Ideal for a round with friends and just a short walk home afterwards.

The property itself is a good size throughout, with a modern bathroom, new kitchen with a host of appliances, whilst the lounge leads on to the conservatory. Ideal to be used as a dining room or, if you prefer, a place for some peace and quiet to catch up with the papers or to really get stuck into that book.

Outside is designed with low maintenance in mind, mainly decked to the back is an area which you could do with what you wish; perhaps a blaze of colours with plant pots in the summer or a calming green grass. You may want to also make use of the outhouse, with power and light, it could be used to aid your summer entertaining or as a gym, or somewhere to work from home.

What the Owner says:

I only moved into the bungalow quite recently, and since then have refurbished the property throughout. I have redesigned the garden to make it low maintenance, giving me more time to enjoy my hobbies.

I have also built an outhouse, with power and light, which I use for storage, but it could be used for many other things.

I grew up in this area and it really is a nice place to live. Well kept properties and nice green open spaces are within walking distance and the town centre is not too far away.
