"Situated in a leafy cul-de-sac, hidden away from main roads and the hustle and bustle, surrounded by trees, the perfect place for a young family with children to take their first steps or learn to ride a bike. Also ideal for commuter, step off the train after a hard days work in the city, and within 15 minutes you are safe and sound. This property is also ideal for the more mature buyers, nice and quiet with an easy to maintain garden which is private and secluded.

The house itself should provide an easy life. Built approximately 20 years ago, the owners have looked after the property, redecorating throughout, replacing all double glazed windows and installed a new Worcester boiler which is serviced every year through British Gas. A new fitted kitchen, with built-in appliances, as well as a new shower room have been installed within the last 6 months. A spacious porch to the front has been built, perfect for those coats and shoes, and a conservatory has been erected to the rear, ideal for relaxing during the day or be under the stars at night.

For those car enthusiasts there is a driveway to the front, as well as a detached garage which could be converted into a games room or to use as storage as most of use garages for these days.

What the Owner says:

We have happily lived here for 18 years. We love the location of this house, it is so peaceful and quiet and has been a great place to raise our family.

It is ideal for commuters as the town and railway station are within a very pleasant short walk. Local shops, including a post office, are easily accessible on Valley Drive.

The only reason for moving is that our children and flown the nest and we wish to follow our dream and live in Cornwall, overlooking the sea and the golf course.
