"Calling all first time buyers. We have a beautiful 2 bedroom mid terrace Victorian house with modern, contemporary decor throughout. The property benefits from being situated in the town centre, within walking distance to local shops and amenities and Gravesend train station, with the fast link reaching London in 23 minutes. Arriving home earlier in the evening you will be able to eat in the highly regarded restaurants, take a stroll along the top of Windmill Hill taking in the beautiful views or just to enjoy some of your social activities.

On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge/diner, newly fitted modern kitchen, all flooded with natural light due to the southerly facing 40ft rear garden, mainly laid to lawn with pedestrian access, ideal for that summer entertainment that we all love, soaking up the sun all day.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a newly fitted bathroom, coming off the second bedroom. The property has double glazed windows and gas central heating, ready to move in so hurry and book your viewing before you miss out.

I was attracted to this property due to its location, being situated in the town centre, yet in a quiet road away from the hustle and bustle. As a first time buyer it was suitable as I could just move in without carrying out any decorating or refurbishment.

The garden was a huge advantage as most of the other Victorian properties that I had viewed had courtyard gardens and very little sun, but this property had a sun-trap of a garden and was bigger than average and have enjoyed my summers entertaining into the early evening when the sun sets.

The only reason I am moving is to upgrade to a family home.
