"The village of Istead Rise has never been a more convenient place to live or as desirable as it is today. Located South of the A2, this residential village is equally as popular with the commuter population as it is with those looking locally for great family properties.

The vast array of shops within the village centre cater for most daily requirements and having its own doctors surgery, along with numerous other facilties, simply adds to the convenience of living in this wonderful area. Ideally targeting the family audience, this well proportioned semi detached house has been extended and now provides an even better and practical layout. Unlike many modern homes, you don’t immediately walk straight into the living areas of the house thanks to the entrance hallway leaving all 3 separate receptions free for the family to spread their wings without continually tripping over one another.
